Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Mix flour, sugar, egg, and wine; let it rest for about an hour covered

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Roll out a sheet and with the pastry wheel cut many strips 10/15 centimeters long and 2 wide; tie them in the middle and fry them a little at a time in hot olive oil

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar
