Cut the tuna into strips about 5 cm long and about 15 cm wide
Do the same with the cucumber
Lay out the nori sheets and cover them with a layer of rice about 1/2 cm thick, leaving a 1 cm border free
Add the tuna and the strip of cucumber
Roll up the nori and cut the resulting rolls into wide slices of equal size
Garnish the plate with a few slices of ginger and some soy sauce for dipping the sushi
