Knead the bread dough on the work surface with about a third of the flour, a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, and a whole egg
Mix everything well, then form it into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover it with a clean dish towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours
After this time, put the dough back on the work surface and incorporate the rest of the flour, the sugar, about 40 g of oil, another egg, and a few tablespoons of warm water: you should obtain a soft dough
Then add the soaked and drained raisins, the chopped citron, and the pine nuts
Knead again for a long time, then shape into oblong buns and place them slightly apart on an oiled baking sheet
Cover the baking sheet with the dish towel and let the buns rise for about an hour in a warm place
