Knead the bread dough on the work surface with about one third of the flour, a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and one whole egg
Mix everything well, then form it into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with a kitchen cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours
After this time, put the dough back on the work surface and incorporate the remaining flour, the sugar, about 40 g of oil, another egg and a few tablespoons of hot water: you should obtain a soft dough
Then add the soaked and drained raisins, the chopped candied citron and the pine nuts
Work for a long time again, then shape into oblong rolls and place them slightly apart from each other on an oiled baking sheet
Cover the baking sheet with the cloth and let the rolls rise for about an hour in a warm place
