Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Pass the chestnuts through a sieve and add to the obtained puree a syrup made with sugar and 300 g of water

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Cook for about 30 minutes and add the vanilla and rum

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Cook for another 10 minutes and put into jars
