The Mascarpone Dessert is a traditional Italian dessert made with mascarpone, butter, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. This delicate and creamy dessert is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature
In a bowl, mix together butter and mascarpone until smooth and homogeneous
Add the sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, and the cornstarch
Mix everything vigorously
Incorporate the eggs one at a time
Add the cream and two teaspoons of lemon juice
You should obtain a rather thick mixture
Pour it into a greased round mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about half an hour
As soon as the surface turns golden, increase the heat to 240 degrees and let it bake for another 10 minutes or so
Remove the mold and let it cool
Unmold and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve
