Preparation

In a bowl, mix the milk with the flour, egg, melted butter, cheese, chives, salt, and pepper, and let the mixture rest for half an hour.

Melt a piece of butter in a pan, pour a little of the prepared mixture into it, and move the pan so that the batter spreads evenly.

Let the crepe brown on one side, then flip it and cook the other side as well.
