Combine in a bowl breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, egg, minced meat and onion sautéed in a little oil
Season with salt and add milk to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Shape into 4 meatballs, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with butter flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
Boil spinach in salted water for 15 minutes, drain and season in a pan with butter and Parmesan cheese
