Preparation

Combine breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, egg, meat, and chopped onion cooked in a little oil in a bowl

Add salt and milk to achieve a homogeneous mixture

Form 4 meatballs, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with butter flakes, and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
