The egg meatloaf is a tasty and hearty dish typical of Italian cuisine. It is a large meatloaf stuffed with hard-boiled eggs, sausage, stale bread, and herbs, baked and served in slices. It is an ideal dish for a family lunch or dinner.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, the peeled and crumbled sausage, the stale bread soaked in milk and squeezed, 1 egg, parsley, minced garlic, marjoram (preferably fresh), salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients well and spread them out flat.
In the center, place the 2 hard-boiled eggs and roll it up, making sure the eggs are well covered.
Place it in a saucepan with extra virgin olive oil.
Brown the meatloaf on all sides, moistening first with wine and then with broth.
Once cooked, let it cool and serve it sliced with a fresh salad.
