In a bowl, place the minced meat, peeled and crumbled sausage, homemade bread soaked in milk and squeezed, 1 egg, parsley, chopped garlic, marjoram (preferably fresh), salt, and pepper
Mix the ingredients well and spread them out flat
Place the 2 hard-boiled eggs in the center and roll it up, ensuring the eggs are well covered
Place it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil
Brown the meatloaf on all sides, first pouring in the wine and then the broth
When cooked, let it cool and serve it sliced with a fresh salad
