Melon fruit salad is a very fresh and light summer dessert, perfect for hot days. Originating from Italy, this fruity delight is easy to prepare and loved by everyone. The mix of watermelon, white melon, and yellow melon provides a pleasant variety of flavors, while the orange and Port wine add a note of sweetness and depth. Cut the top of the watermelon at about 2/3 of the height of the fruit
Notch the edge with a knife
Empty it of the pulp using the special scoop to make many balls
Place the empty shell in the refrigerator
Make balls from the pulp of the melons as well
Collect them in a bowl, sprinkle with the juice of the orange and a glass of Port, dust with three tablespoons of sugar
Cover and let them marinate in the fridge for 3 hours
Place them in the watermelon and serve
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
