Cut off the top of the watermelon at about two-thirds of the way down the fruit
Notch the rim with a knife
Scoop out the flesh using a melon baller to form many balls
Place the empty shell in the refrigerator
Scoop balls from the melons' flesh as well
Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with the orange juice and the Port wine, and dust with three tablespoons of sugar
Cover and let them macerate in the fridge for 3 hours
Arrange them in the watermelon shell and serve
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
