Milk and honey puddings are a traditional Italian dessert, creamy and delicate. Made with few ingredients, they are perfect to enjoy as a dessert or snack. Served with frozen berries for a touch of freshness.
Thaw the berries
Dilute the cornstarch with cold milk, then strain it to remove any lumps
Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously, and when it is warm, dissolve the honey in it
At boiling point, remove from heat, add the lemon zest, and pour the mixture into pudding molds
Let cool and refrigerate for 4 hours
Serve the puddings with berries sprinkled on top of each
