Milk and honey puddings are a traditional Italian dessert, creamy and delicate. Made with few ingredients, they are perfect to enjoy as a dessert or snack. Served with frozen berries for a touch of freshness.

Let the berries thaw
Dissolve the starch in cold milk and then pass it through a sieve to eliminate any lumps
Place the milk on the stove in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously, and when it is hot, dissolve the honey in it
Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat, add the lemon zest, and pour the mixture into the pudding molds
Let cool and place in the fridge for 4 hours
Serve the puddings with the thawed berries sprinkled on top of each one
