Mont Blanc is a traditional Italian dessert, particularly popular in the Alpine region. It is named after Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Italy. This dessert is made with chestnuts that are cooked, peeled, and sieved, then mixed with vanilla sugar and milk. The resulting cream is then whipped and served with cocoa powder and whipped cream.
