Monte Bianco is a traditional Italian dessert, particularly common in the Alpine region. It takes its name from the peak of Monte Bianco, the highest mountain in Italy. This dessert is made with chestnuts that are cooked, peeled and passed through a sieve, then worked with vanilla sugar and milk. The resulting cream is then whipped and served with cocoa powder and whipped cream. Monte Bianco is a rich, creamy and irresistibly tasty dessert.
