Muffins are soft and delicious sweets that are loved by both adults and children. They are easy to prepare and can be enriched with many different flavors, such as chocolate chips, fruit, or nuts. They are perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Dissolve the yeast in the water
Work the flour together with the butter, salt, sugar, and yeast until you obtain a rather soft dough
Let it rise for 1 hour, then work it for a few moments and let it rest further for 30 minutes
Once done, divide the dough into pieces of 70-75 g in a round shape, place them on a board dusted with rice flour and let them rise
When they have suitably risen, place them in muffin rings lined up on a very hot baking sheet, put them in the oven to bake, and halfway through cooking, turn them over to the other side and complete the cooking
