Muffins are soft and tasty treats enjoyed by both adults and children. They are easy to make and can be enhanced with many different flavors, such as chocolate chips, fruit or dried fruit. They are perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Dissolve the yeast in the water
Work the flour together with the butter, salt, sugar and yeast until you obtain a rather soft dough
Let it rise for 1 hour, then work it for a short time and let it rest for another 30 minutes
Once this has happened, divide the dough into round pieces of 70-75 g, place them on a board dusted with rice flour and let them rise
When they have puffed up suitably, place them in the muffin rings lined up on a very hot baking sheet, put them in the oven to bake, turn them over halfway through baking and finish cooking
