

The Beef Wallets with Mushrooms are delicious beef rolls stuffed with champignon mushrooms and wrapped in crispy bacon slices. Perfect as an appetizer or finger food for a special dinner.













Sauté the bacon with a drizzle of oil
Remove it and, in the same pan, soften the onion; add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and cook for about ten minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Place a slice of bacon on each slice of meat, distribute the mushrooms and onion on top, fold the meat in half and secure it with toothpicks
Dust with flour and brown the wallets in oil and butter until fully cooked
