Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly by scraping them with a small knife and rubbing them with a damp cloth
- STEP 2 OF 5
Slice them thinly and place them in a salad bowl
- STEP 3 OF 5
Add the Parmesan cut into slivers and the cooked ham diced
- STEP 4 OF 5
Prepare a dressing by whisking together olive oil, a little salt, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with pepper, mix well, and serve
