Perfect to serve on a crispy pizza dough base.






Let the mozzarella drain and then slice it
Slice the olives and cut the artichokes into pieces
Preheat the oven to 250°C
With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the entire surface of the dough
Scatter the mozzarella, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, oregano, salt and pepper over the dough
Bake the pizza for twenty minutes, until the surface is golden and crispy and the mozzarella has completely melted
Serve it piping hot
