Mushrooms Parmesan is a delicious vegetarian side dish typical of Italian cuisine. Cultivated mushrooms are cooked and then baked in the oven with a tasty sauce made of parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, and broth cube. They are perfect to accompany meat, fish, or as a main dish for a light dinner. Their preparation is simple and quick, ideal for a last-minute lunch or dinner.
Cut the mushrooms into wide strips. Chop a large clove of garlic along with a handful of parsley and sauté the mixture in butter.
Season the mushrooms in this mixture, add salt and the stock cube, and finally pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, add the parmesan, and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot on a plate.
