Place the flour in a bowl and add lard, salt, pepper, and yeast dissolved in a little warm water in the center
Knead for a long time, adding more warm water until you get a soft and elastic dough
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 3 hours
Work the dough into a ring shape; place it in a lard-greased mold
Press the eggs with shells into the dough and let rise a little more
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
