Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 8

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you obtain a light and frothy mixture

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Incorporate the chopped nougat and brandy

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form

  4. STEP 4 OF 8

    Whip the cream

  5. STEP 5 OF 8

    Gently fold them into the nougat mixture

  6. STEP 6 OF 8

    Pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap

  7. STEP 7 OF 8

    Place in the freezer overnight

  8. STEP 8 OF 8

    Unmold the semifreddo half an hour before serving to enjoy it at the right consistency
