Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and frothy
Fold in the chopped nougat and brandy
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Whip the cream
Gently fold them into the nougat mixture
Pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap
Place in the freezer overnight
Unmold the semifreddo half an hour before serving so it reaches the right consistency
