Make a well of the flour on a work surface
Put the softened butter in pieces, the salt and the sugar in the center
Work vigorously, add the water and form the dough into a ball. Wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Press the pastry into a buttered and floured 25 cm tart pan
Prick the base with a fork
Cover the pastry with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes
Spread the Nutella over the cooled tart, top with bananas cut into slices, and garnish with almond flakes
