Nutella croissants are soft and indulgent pastries filled with Nutella cream. They are perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack and are loved by both adults and children. Their preparation requires few ingredients and little time, but the final result is truly irresistible.

Sift 400 g of flour into a bowl.
Dissolve the fresh yeast in a few tablespoons of lukewarm water with a little sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients and pour the mixture over the flour, kneading everything until you obtain a firm dough.
Score the dough with two cross cuts and let it rise for about two hours.
Put the eggs and the remaining flour in a bowl.
Then add the risen dough and knead all the ingredients together to obtain a uniform dough, to which you will add the butter softened at room temperature.
Work on a work surface until the sticky mixture becomes a smooth ball.
Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out triangles, placing a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each.
Then roll the triangles onto themselves, folding the tips to form croissants.
Brush them with a little egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder and serve!
