Soak the raisins in the rum.
Sift the flour with the salt and baking powder.
Cream the softened butter with the sugar.
Continue mixing, add the egg yolks and then the two eggs.
Add the flour and continue mixing, then drain the raisins and fold them into the batter along with the rum.
Stir the batter through.
Line a loaf pan with greased parchment paper, then add the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan, then cut it horizontally, spread plenty of Nutella on the bottom half and reassemble the cake.
