The Nutella Sacher Cake is an irresistible and delicious dessert. Made with a soft chocolate base and filled with plenty of Nutella, it is a real treat for those with a sweet tooth. Perfect for a special occasion or a delicious snack.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan with two tablespoons of water
Let it cool
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Work the butter until creamy, then add the melted chocolate, egg yolks, beaten egg whites, and sugar
Incorporate the flour and vanilla sugar, then mix well
Butter and flour a cake pan about 20 cm in diameter and pour the mixture into it
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half
When the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and cut it horizontally to form two layers
Spread Nutella on half of the cake and place the second half on top
Melt the chocolate with water in a small pan and add the sugar
Let it cook for 10 minutes from the moment it starts boiling
Spread the mixture over the cake and let it solidify
