
Nutella Sacher Cake is an irresistible and delicious dessert. Made with a soft chocolate base and filled with abundant Nutella, it's a true delight for sweet tooths. Perfect for a special occasion or a tasty snack.












Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan with two tablespoons of water
Let it cool down
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Cream the butter until smooth, then add the melted chocolate, egg yolks, whipped egg whites, and sugar
Fold in the flour and vanilla sugar, then mix well
Grease and flour a round cake pan of about 20 cm in diameter and pour in the mixture
Bake at 180 degrees for about one and a half hours
Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and cut it horizontally to form two layers
Spread Nutella on half of the cake and top with the second half
In a small pot, melt the chocolate with water and add the sugar
Let it cook for 10 minutes from the moment it boils
Spread the mixture over the cake and let it solidify
