Work with a wooden spoon and gradually add the milk until you get a dough that is not too soft
Flour a work surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 cm
With a round cutter, cut out 18 discs, lightly butter and flour the baking sheet, and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes
Remove them from the oven and cut them laterally while still hot, fill them with Nutella, close them, and serve immediately
