The Peach and Fig Bake is a delicious summer dessert, perfect for making the most of the freshness of white peaches and the sweetness of green figs. The fruit is cooked in a crispy crust and then garnished with crumbled biscuits. A simple dessert to prepare but with an irresistible taste!
Flour the figs without peeling them and fry them in butter
Remove them and in the same pan fry the peaches cut into wedges
Set the fruit aside
Beat the yolks and whites with 100 g of sugar
Combine the crumbled amaretti and biscuits, the peaches, and the rum. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish, cover with the figs cut into wedges, and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees
