Peach cake is a typical dessert of Italian cuisine, perfect for summer. Fresh peaches give the cake a sweet and juicy flavor, while the walnut kernels add a pleasant crunch. The cake is soft and light, thanks to the use of flour, starch, butter, and baking powder. Additionally, the milk and eggs provide a creamy taste to the cake.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar, then add 80 g of melted butter and gradually incorporate a bit of milk, flour, starch, and baking powder.
Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into pieces.
Add them to the batter along with the chopped walnut kernels.
Grease a mold with the remaining butter and pour in the mixture, distributing the remaining sugar on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve the cake cold.
