Preparation

For 5 minutes, immerse the peaches in a saucepan of boiling water
- STEP 2 OF 6
Drain them, rinse under cold water, and peel them

Cut them in half and remove the pit

In a saucepan, cook the wine with the sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, the clove, and a pinch of nutmeg for about 10 minutes
