
Peaches with Amaretti are a delicious traditional Italian dessert. The canned peaches are filled with a cream of amaretti and then baked. The result is a soft and fragrant dessert, perfect to enjoy alone or accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.











Drain the peaches well
Take two halves of peaches, cut them into small pieces and mix in the crushed amaretti, egg yolk, sugar, and butter: mix very well and fill the peach halves with this mixture
Place the peaches in a lightly buttered baking dish and bake for a few minutes
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar
