
Pear crumble is a delicious dessert made with baked pears and topped with a crunchy and tasty layer of amaretti biscuit crumbs and butter. A simple sweet treat to prepare and irresistibly good, perfect to enjoy during autumn and winter.












Arrange the peeled and sliced pears in the bottom of a greased baking dish
Break the softened butter into pieces and place it in a bowl with the sugar and egg yolks
Mix well with a wooden spoon, then add the flour and crushed amaretti all at once
Stir until you obtain a crumbly dough
Spread the dough over the pears and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
