Knead the flour 30 g of sugar the whole egg and the yolk the necessary milk and the yeast on the table
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line a buttered and floured baking pan
Peel the pears and slice them; spread them over the dough sprinkle with the remaining sugar a few pinches of cinnamon and a bit of melted butter
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes
