Sauté the sliced onion in olive oil over moderate heat
Add the diced bell peppers (almost minced) and continue to cook for about 8 minutes at moderate heat
Combine the peeled and deseeded tomatoes and the anchovy fillets cut into small pieces
Season with salt and chili pepper
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes and finally add the chopped parsley
Toss the al dente pasta with this sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
