250G - Extra virgin olive oil
3Tablespoons - Garlic
1Clove - Spicy red chili pepper
1Piece - Desalted anchovy fillets

Preparation

Cook 250 g of penne until al dente

Heat 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over low heat, add a crushed garlic clove, a piece of spicy red chili pepper, and two desalted anchovy fillets
