Preparation

Cook 250 g of penne until al dente
- STEP 2 OF 5
Heat 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over low heat, add a crushed garlic clove, a piece of spicy red chili pepper, and two desalted anchovy fillets

Stir to dissolve the anchovy without frying

Remove garlic and chili pepper, add a tablespoon of tomato paste dissolved in two tablespoons of pasta cooking water, and let it flavor for another minute
