- Shelled and peeled almonds
200G200G - Sugar
380G380G - Egg whites
22 - Pine nuts
150G150G
Preparation

Chop the almonds a little at a time, adding 1 teaspoon of sugar each time
- STEP 2 OF 5
Transfer the almond powder to a bowl, add the remaining sugar, and beat 1 egg white until stiff, then incorporate it into the almonds

Coarsely chop the pine nuts
- STEP 4 OF 5
With moistened hands, take a small piece of the dough at a time and form soft balls, then pass them in the remaining slightly beaten egg white placed on a plate

Finally, roll them in the chopped pine nuts, covering the entire surface
