Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff, add a pinch of salt, and place the mixture in the freezer

In another bowl, beat the yolks until they become creamy

Then add the sugar, flour, honey, baking powder, and the egg whites you had placed in the freezer

Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan previously greased with butter and dusted with flour

Let the mixture bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees
