

Pizza dough is the base of every good pizza. This recipe will allow you to prepare a perfect, light, and fragrant dough, with a slow leavening that ensures a tasty and digestible pizza.
Sift the flour with the salt and form a well
In the center place the yeast dissolved in warm water
Knead and work quickly until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough
Work it further by stretching and elongating until it reaches a certain elasticity
Shape it into a ball, scoring a cross on top, place it in a bowl and cover it
Let it rise in a warm place for about 3 hours
When the dough has nearly doubled in volume, flatten it with your palms and then use a rolling pin to form it into a disc about half a centimeter thick
Place it in a greased baking tray or lined with parchment paper and press it down to cover the bottom while leaving the edges thicker
Spread the ingredients leaving two centimeters of bare dough at the edge
