Sift the flour with the salt and arrange it in a mound
In the center, place the yeast dissolved in lukewarm water
Knead and work quickly until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough
Work it further by pulling and stretching it until it reaches a certain elasticity
Form it into a small loaf, make a cross incision on the top, place it in a bowl, and cover it
Let it rise in a warm place for about 3 hours
When the dough has almost doubled in volume, flatten it with the palm of your hands and then roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about half a centimeter
Place it in an oiled baking tray or lined with parchment paper and press until the bottom is covered, leaving the edges thicker
Distribute the ingredients, leaving two centimeters of dough free at the edge
