Pour 300 g of flour onto the work surface, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar, mix and make a well
Cut the butter into small pieces; warm the milk
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk
Pour the butter and the yeast dissolved in milk into the well
Knead and work the dough
When the dough becomes soft and elastic, form it into a ball and place it in a floured bowl; cover it with a cloth and put it in a warm place
Let it rise for two or three hours
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into thin slices; blanch the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips

After the dough has risen, put it back on the work surface and knead it for a few minutes

Arrange the mozzarella and sausage pieces
Sprinkle with Parmesan
Bake and let cook for thirty or forty minutes
