Pumpkin jam is a delicious autumn treat, full of flavor and very versatile. Originating from the regions of northern Italy, this jam is made with steamed and strained pumpkin, sugar, lemon and a touch of Fruttapec. Its soft texture and sweet, slightly citrusy taste make it perfect for spreading on toasted bread or for filling tarts and pies. Pumpkin jam keeps well and can be enjoyed year-round.
