Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar using a whisk until you obtain a fluffy and smooth mixture; add the sifted flour, mixing well, then fold in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Finally, add the baking powder, also sifted, mix well and transfer the mixture into a pan (24-26 cm in diameter) already buttered and floured

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Level the surface and bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees)

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Unmold it only when it has completely cooled down
