
Radicchio Pizza is a typical dish of the Venetian tradition. Spread the dough onto a large baking tray greased with oil
Wash the radicchio, dry it well and cut it into strips
Arrange it on the dough and season with salt
Add sliced bacon, the olives and coarsely grated smoked scamorza
Sprinkle everything with a pinch of chili pepper
Bake in a hot oven at 250°C for about 25 minutes
