11 - Sultana raisins

Preparation

In a bowl, place the flour, oat flakes, and yeast dissolved in a little warm milk, mix and let rest for an hour
- STEP 2 OF 3
Add the honey, soaked and squeezed raisins, and let rest for another hour
- STEP 3 OF 3
From the dough, make eight round buns, brush them with the yolk, and bake them in the oven at 230 degrees for about 20 minutes
