Preparation

    Mix the egg yolks with half of the sugar and the boiled milk with the dissolved gelatin

    Let it cool and blend with the raspberry syrup

    Add the whipped cream, the remaining sugar, and the beaten egg whites, mix and pour into 4 molds

    Keep in the freezer for at least 12 hours

    Serve with peach puree and decorate with the fruit
