Bring the milk to a boil, add the rice and lemon zest

Cook, stirring, until the milk is completely absorbed, then add the peeled and chopped almonds, whole eggs, 120 g of sugar, and turn off the heat

Caramelize the remaining sugar in a baking pan, pour in the rice, level it, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
