Preparation

Prepare a liter of broth on the stove and keep it warm

Put two glasses of milk and one of water in a pot and add salt

Pour in the rice and cook it until it has absorbed all the liquid

Let it cool; when the mixture has cooled, form it into balls and roll them in flour
