
Rice pudding is a traditional Italian dessert made with rice, milk, butter, sugar and sultana raisins. This irresistible dessert has a creamy texture and a delightful vanilla aroma. Perfect to enjoy hot or cold, it is ideal for ending a meal in a sweet and refined way.







Cook the rice in the milk
At halfway through cooking add the sugar, the sultana raisins soaked in warm water, the candied citron cut into small pieces, the butter and a pinch of salt
Mix into the warm rice the eggs, the brandy and the vanillin
Pour the mixture into a buttered and breadcrumb-sprinkled mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
