Cook the rice in the milk

Halfway through cooking, add the sugar, sultana raisins rehydrated in warm water, chopped citron, butter, and a pinch of salt

Mix the cooled rice with the eggs, brandy, and vanilla

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs
