    Sift the ricotta, then add the powdered sugar, the sachet of vanillin, the chopped almonds and the eggs.

    Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry, fill it with the ricotta mixture and decorate with strips of pastry arranged in a lattice.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
