Preparation

Score the ribs of the rack, then brown it in an oil-greased baking dish in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes

Then remove it from the oven, season with salt and pepper, and flavor with rosemary and 3 cloves of garlic

Continue cooking in the oven for 25 minutes, basting with wine
