Chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with 20 g of butter over moderate heat until it begins to color

At this point, add the cleaned and chopped chicken livers, let them flavor for 5-6 minutes, then add the peas, tomato sauce, and hot broth, season with salt, and let it cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes
