Preparation

    Let the pastry thaw (at room temperature) and in the meantime, clean and chop the liver

    Sauté them in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and a mixture of garlic, salt, and pepper

    Stir the sauté until everything is well cooked; then mix in the chopped parsley and lemon juice

    Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly

    When it is cold, mix the grated cheese into the mixture in large flakes

    Divide the pastry into two pieces and roll them out into a disc shape
