Using electric beaters, mix the flour with an egg, the softened butter cut into pieces, the cream, and a pinch of salt until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Let it rest in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap for an hour.
Remove the stem and white filaments from the bell pepper and dice it.
Divide the broccoli into florets, discarding the tough parts.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan.
In hot oil, sauté the chopped garlic.
Add the mushrooms and after 3-4 minutes, the vegetables, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Let cool.
Then, off the heat, add the sprouts and cheese cut into pieces.
Roll out the dough on a floured cloth and spread the filling over it.
