
The savory pine nut strudel is a delicious appetizer or side dish ideal for any occasion. Using an electric whisk, mix the flour with an egg, the soft butter in pieces, the cream, and a pinch of salt until you obtain a smooth dough which you'll let rest in the fridge wrapped in plastic for an hour
Remove the stem and white fibers from the pepper and dice it
Divide the broccoli into florets and discard the hard part
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces
Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan
In hot oil, sauté the chopped garlic
Add the mushrooms and after 3-4 minutes the vegetables, salt, and pepper
Cook for 7-8 minutes
Let it cool down
Then off the heat add the sprouts and cheese in pieces
Roll out the dough on a floured cloth and distribute the filling on top
