Schmarren is a tasty and versatile side dish that is easily prepared with a few ingredients. Originally from Austria, it has also become very popular in Italy. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and nutmeg
Clean the champignons and slice them
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil, garlic, and parsley, then combine them with the beaten eggs, butter, chopped olives, boiled spaghetti, and make an omelette
Add Parmesan cheese and flip the omelette, then break it with two spatulas and toss everything
