Sea bream en papillote with shrimp is a tasty main course of Italian origin. The papillote technique allows the flavors of the fish and shellfish to remain intact, making the dish even more fragrant and juicy. The delicacy of the sea bream perfectly complements the intense flavor of the shrimp, while the aromas of garlic, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil complete the flavor profile. An ideal dish to serve during a special dinner or to surprise guests.
